Job Summary:We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients, including students from local schools. As the first point of contact, you'll be the face of our community clinic, greeting clients, answering phones, and handling various administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environmentManage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling walk-insSchedule appointments, prioritizing student and community needsHandle client payments, and process transactions, while ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity to financial situationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files, adhering to HIPAA guidelinesCollaborate with our team to ensure seamless client experiences, including coordination with school staff and facultyPerform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, scanning, and making copies.Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, promoting a positive and professional atmosphereRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service or administration preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse populations, including students, parents, and community membersAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently, while maintaining a calm and composed demeanorBasic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar softwareAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion and compassionFriendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a commitment to serving the communityMust be bilingual/Spanish speaking
