Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Technician to join our healthcare team. This position is essential for providing high-quality imaging services to support patient care. The technician will work Wednesday through Saturday from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform ultrasound examinations on patients as per physician orders.
* Ensure the safety of patients during the ultrasound procedure.
* Maintain equipment and keep imaging rooms clean and well-stocked.
* Collaborate with healthcare staff to interpret ultrasound images and report findings.
* Document all procedures accurately in patient records.
Qualifications
* Current and valid state license/certification as an Ultrasound Technician.
* Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in medical imaging.
Requirements for Onboarding
* Valid licensure and certificate verification.
* Fit test submission.
* COVID-19 vaccination status.
* 2-Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot).
* Physical/Health statement submission.
* Completion of professional forms, including conflict of interest disclosure and criminal background check.
* Education verification and skills checklist submission.
Contract Information This position has a contract duration of 90 weeks with guaranteed hours.
Location Position located in City, State.
