M-TEC Electric, LLC. Is an industrial maintenance repair service. Centered around electrical installations, repairs and upgrades.along with equipment maintenance and repair, such as saws and overhead cranes. This year we are celebrating our ten year anniversary. We are looking for experienced electricians to undertake a variety of tasks relating to the installation, repairs and maintenance of electrical and mechanical infrastructure and equipment. The electrician candidates must be responsible individuals with great attention to safety protocols.

we provide company service vehicles. 40 hours a week with occasional overtime. Dispatched daily from your home to the job site.IPADS are supplied to our technicians, running the FieldEdge system, from where you will receive work orders, record your start and finish times along with the work that was performed and what materials were used. Monthly safety training is also provided on the IPAD.

Our goal is to exceed our customers expectations with our safety protocols, customer service and our expertise in installation, repair and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities:

* Installing and configuring new or replacement electrical motors, sensors, PLC’s and other automation and control devices.

* Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or replace damaged components on critical infrastructure and production equipment, including overhead cranes, recycling systems and saws.

* Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility.

* Install safety and distribution components. ( e.g. switches, resistors and circuit breakers, etc. )

* Execute work orders assigned in a safe and professional manner. Recording all work performed and materials used and time spent.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an electrician. 8 plus years of experience.

*Experience in industrial / commercial electrical systems.

* Demonstrable ability to use hand tools, power tools. ( e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, drills, etc. ) Read electrical drawings and blueprints.

* Thorough knowledge of safety procedures. Legal regulations and guidelines.

* Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. With the ability or work independently.

* Must have a valid driver license in good standing.

* Must have a standard set of tools and toolbox.
