Overview IT Support Specialist at an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company. Compensation: 40.00 - 45.00 USD Per Hour.
Responsibilities Provide onsite support five days a week.
Respond to Tier 1 support requests via email, Slack, and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
Track, resolve, and escalate tickets as needed.
Identify and report recurring support trends.
Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts and access in Active Directory.
Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize support requests
Knowledge of commonly used software, hardware, and applications
Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DHCP, DNS)
Familiarity with Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS (preferred)
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar ticketing/wiki tools (preferred)

Commitment This is a full-time, ongoing 6-month contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Foster City, CA area.
