Overview
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Infrastructure and Networking, Marketing at Google. Responsibilities
Take a leadership role in defining the networking and compute business marketing strategy, building messaging and content, with accountability for key OKRs including customer acquisition, sourced pipeline, business, and web/blog page views. Identify our best customers, partner to share their stories, and incorporate them into impactful go-to-market motions. Collaborate with Marketing teams (campaigns, demand gen, field teams, events) and product teams to drive customer acquisition and business globally. Build a community of networking users to deliver user insights to shape product and messaging; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform program design and optimization. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 9 years of experience in marketing across one or more fields (growth, product marketing, solutions marketing); 5 years of experience with enterprise or cloud networking; experience managing cross-functional projects; experience delivering product narratives to define new categories. Preferred qualifications: Experience marketing to IT decision makers; ability to plan and execute multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management; proven track record of growing cloud-based businesses; knowledge of compute and enterprise networking; ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced environment; outstanding written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills. About the Job and Context
As part of the Google Cloud Infrastructure Product Marketing team, you will lead go-to-market strategy for networking and compute, including a large family of instance types and innovation. You will synthesize complex product capabilities into succinct benefits and leverage data to optimize programs. You’ll help launch new products and features during flagship events and work with cross-functional teams across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering, and more. You will build a strong cross-cloud narrative addressing customer pain points and demonstrate how Google Cloud helps with cross-cloud solutions/products. Strong working relationships with customers, Engineering, and other product and marketing groups across Google are essential. Salary and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with location-specific adjustments. Compensation details reflect base salary; bonuses, equity, and benefits may vary.
