Take a leadership role in defining the networking and compute business marketing strategy—building messaging and content, with accountability for key Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) including customer acquisition, sourced pipeline, business, and web/blog page views. Identify our best customers, partner to share their stories, make it easy for stakeholders to discover these stories, and incorporate them into impactful go-to-market motions. Collaborate with other Marketing teams (e.g., campaigns, demand gen, field teams, events) and product teams to drive customer acquisition and business for the networking and compute business globally. Build a community of networking users to deliver increased user insights to shape product and message. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform program design and optimization. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience. 9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, solutions marketing). 5 years of experience with enterprise or cloud networking. Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience delivering product narratives to define new categories and expand the business. Preferred qualifications

Experience with marketing campaigns that focus on an IT decision maker audience. Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management. Proven track record of growing cloud based businesses. Knowledge of compute and enterprise networking. Ability to grow in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. Compensation and Location The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location; individual pay depends on location and job-related factors.
