CSR/Teller

We are seeking motivated individuals to fill the full-time position of Customer Service Representative/Teller at the Madison Valley Bank Montana City Branch. In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, assisting with a variety of banking needs. Your main responsibilities will include guiding customers through the process of opening deposit accounts, setting up certificates of deposit, facilitating debit card requests, and helping customers establish accounts for online banking. You will prepare accurate documentation for both new and existing clients, ensuring that all processes run smoothly. Furthermore, you will be responsible for processing transactions that occur across different channels—this includes handling deposits and withdrawals at the counter, overseeing night drop and mail transactions, cashing checks, receiving loan payments, and issuing cash advances. You will also be tasked with balancing the currency and coin in your teller drawer. A vital part of your role will involve aiding customers who seek help in balancing their accounts. We seek candidates with exceptional listening skills, a strong dedication to customer service, and the ability to collaborate within a team while engaging effectively with the public. Additional tasks will be assigned as necessary to assist in meeting branch objectives.

Salary/Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
