to join our team, and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Planning Associate to work as part of our Strategy team to optimize doctor and nurse scheduling across our network of Primary & Urgent Care clinics. This role will help ensure our clinics are appropriately staffed to deliver outstanding patient care, while balancing team well-being and operational efficiency.

What you'll do:
Work directly with our Strategy Manager to evolve and elevate our central supply planning function by implementing new strategies, building out functionality, and directly supporting coordination Provide timely audits of existing schedules and flag any actionable changes to the Planning team Build, maintain, and optimize doctor schedules, matching doctor supply to demand levels across clinic network Design, test, and support tools, templates, and workflows that help team members balance staffing supply with patient demand Provide regular reports on staffing utilization and coverage risks, and serve as a point of contact for scheduling-related questions from staff and clinic leadership Support our medical team members to ensure we provide the best medical care possible to our pets whenever / wherever they need it This is a fully onsite position at our pet-friendly HQ in Sunnyside Who you are & What really catches our eye:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. You have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail You practice excellent communication and have great problem-solving skills You have an ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau (analytical tools) Demonstrated strategic ability to plan, execute and achieve performance metrics You are a team player, and always looking to collaborate with others in the organization You're excited about working with a team that is introducing a brand-new approach to veterinary care You love pets!
