ROCKSTAR Senior Pet Parent Experience Manager
to join our team and help us provide the

What you’ll do: Work directly with the Head of Pet Parent Experience (PPX) to develop and improve the Pet Parent Experience by implementing new strategies, building functionality, and supporting our expansion efforts. This role is fully in-clinic, traveling between our 10 Denver & 2 Colorado Springs clinics. Perform quality assessments across clinics to ensure PPX team members focus on high-value actions as directed by PPX Leadership. Provide timely, actionable feedback to PPX team members based on assessments. Oversee training of new team members to ensure they are onboarded efficiently and develop the next generation of top performers. Maintain a healthy and positive culture within the PPX team. Advance the mission of PPX by providing pet parents with a positive and supportive experience, ensuring their pets are well cared for. Handle Pet Parent concerns and escalations to ensure excellent service. Support medical team members to deliver the best possible care whenever and wherever needed. Leverage technology for reporting and analytics across customer experience channels. Support an analytics strategy to deliver best-in-class service. Create and deliver improved training materials for Pet Parent Experience Associates. Who you are & what catches our eye: Experience in veterinary or human healthcare customer support. At least 3 years of experience as a customer support or service manager. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on efficiency. A team player who collaborates well with others. Excited about our innovative approach to veterinary care. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and achieve performance metrics. Experience with cloud-based IVR platforms. What we will provide you: Competitive hourly rate of $35 - $38.50 or salary of $72,000 - $80,000. 401K Retirement plan with company match. Fully covered Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.
