The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead the strategic and operational development of sales and marketing goals and strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving occupancy growth across the organization's various communities, with a focus on both short and long-term objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in regional marketing, sales, and communications, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the senior housing or hospitality sector. The Vice President will be tasked with coaching, training, and supporting the sales and marketing team, as well as working with key internal stakeholders to design and implement sales metric reports.
