Just Construction Recruitment is hiring: Project Manager in Tampa

We are looking for an experienced Façade Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial, multi-family, industrial, and high-end residential façade projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with curtain wall, cladding, glass, and metal panel systems, and a strong track record of completing projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee façade projects from pre-construction through project closeout
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site installation crews
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
• Conduct site visits, resolve technical challenges, and proactively mitigate risks
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and materials management

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing façade systems (curtain wall, cladding, glass, metal panels, etc.)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus
