Sunrise Erectors Inc. is a recognized leader in the commercial faade industry throughout New England. We specialize in furnishing and installing high-performance faade systems including metal panels, cladding, and unitized curtain wall systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our Canton, MA office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors during the bidding process
• Prepare comprehensive bid packages, proposals, and project handovers
• Evaluate material and labor costs for various faade systems
• Manage multiple bids and tight deadlines simultaneously
• Utilize software tools such as Excel and Bluebeam to support the estimating process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction (preferred: curtain walls, cladding systems, metal panels)
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and estimating software (Bluebeam preferred)
• Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (not required)
• Must be able to work onsite in Canton, MA
