Role Summary

Seeking a licensed architect with project management expertise—someone who is passionate about design and excels across all design and delivery phases for a range of project types including commercial, municipal, and religious facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and documentation from concept through construction for diverse project types: e.g., churches, fire stations, administration buildings, and commercial spaces.
  • Produce high-quality presentations—concept sketches, renderings, and polished client-facing visuals.
  • Conduct in-depth research on building materials, systems, codes, and innovative product solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding project progression from design meetings through construction administration.
  • Ensure deliverables are regulation‑compliant, budget-conscious, and align with the firm’s hallmark of intentional design and client partnership.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect with at least 3 years of practice, ideally including experience with municipal, commercial, and religious projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Solid grasp of construction materials, methods, detailing, and technical documentation.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills—able to translate client desires into functional, budget-conscious design.
