Pediatric Physician Locums Job in Colorado 24-Hour Call 10/30/25 Ongoing Assignment

Coverage Needed:
October 30 November 3, 7 AM 7 AM
November 26 December 1, 7 AM 7 AM
December 11 December 15, 7 AM 7 AM
January 1 January 5, 7 AM 7 AM
Ongoing dates will be released January June when schedules are completed

Requirements:
Board Certified in Pediatrics required
Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) required
Active BLS required for credentialing
Must participate in CO Medicaid to prescribe patients required
Clean malpractice/background required

Required Procedures/Job Duties:
Newborn care
Inpatient Pediatrics
Circumcision
Neonatal Resuscitation
Treatment of respiratory and infectious diseases in young patients
Provider will be asked to attend deliveries and C-sections on occasion
Initial resuscitation/management for all high-risk deliveries required

Assignment Details:
Temporary privileging available
80% of patients are CO Medicaid
250 deliveries per year
pediatric admissions per year, including ED and direct admissions
Setting: Call, Inpatient
Level 1 Nursery
No Pediatric ICU
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: None
