What You’ll Do
Operational Support
Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Organize and maintain office records and reports
Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Financial & Administrative Tasks
Process invoices and assist with expense tracking
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
Handle data entry and maintain staff/client databases
Recruitment Support
Post and manage job advertisements
Log and process candidate applications
Maintain recruitment databases and assist with background checks
Coordinate with recruiters and staff on hiring activities
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office software
High attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
Strong customer service skills when interacting with clients and candidates
