Placement within the range depends on relevant work experience and internal equity. For represented positions, salary placement follows the collective bargaining agreement. Follows standard work and methodologies around inventory, receiving, equipment, linen, and mail. Utilizes standard processes within WaveMark and PeopleSoft to maintain data integrity. Resolves noncomplex issues with technology, customers, staff, and other supply chain personnel; consults SC Leadership for guidance as needed. Performs daily activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Assists with special projects and supports daily huddles and MDI requirements. Orders and delivers supplies and/or linen based on par levels; identifies stock shortages and informs management. Conducts routine audits of supplies, linen, and equipment to ensure inventory accuracy and proper usage. Documents discrepancies, expirations, shortages, or overstock; communicates findings to management and supports corrective actions. Answers incoming calls from users identifying supply needs and provides timely updates. Maintains a clean and safe work area and promotes safety in the workplace. Notifies supervisor of equipment needing repairs and reports safety hazards. Communicates issues and schedule constraints to supervisor to address deficiencies. Establishes professional relationships with hospital personnel while protecting patient confidentiality. Uses organizational resources efficiently and manages work schedules to complete tasks on time. Supports continuous improvement efforts and contributes to cost-reduction and process improvements. Provides accurate information and timely updates to patients and customers and offers guidance when needed. Demonstrates teamwork and effective communication, respecting diverse viewpoints. Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent; or at least two years of relevant work experience in lieu of a high school diploma/GED. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff. Computer literate with the ability to learn various programs. Ability to work independently and respond quickly under pressure; strong organizational skills. Ability to think critically. Physical Demands : Lift/carry 50+ pounds and push/pull 50+ pounds. Extensive walking5+ hours per day. Preferred

Two years of work experience in a hospital or healthcare environment. Associates degree in a related field. Benefits
