TreCom Systems Group, Inc. is seeking detail-oriented and strategic Business Analysts to join our expanding IT service organization. These full-time positions will be hybrid with onsite work in the greater Richmond, VA area. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart). CBAP strongly preferred Responsibilities
Work with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose innovative solutions. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Develop use cases, workflows, and user stories to support requirements. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance measurement. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support as needed. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Create clear and concise reports and presentations for management. Benefits
