Job Title:

Business Development Manager Work Hours:

9 am to 5 pm (Remote/ Hybrid) Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting:

Identify and research potential clients across industries and geographies; attend Biz. Tech events offline & online to create brand awareness and capitalize on potential leads; run outreach campaigns via cold emails, calls, webinars, and events for offerings such as Managed IT Services, Cyber Security, AI, etc.; schedule sales appointments of qualified leads with the Sr. leadership team. Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering:

Connect with CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers to understand pain points; conduct discovery calls and requirement mapping; translate client challenges into solution opportunities; work with pre-sales and technical teams to tailor offerings like AI, Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, etc.; prepare customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and SoWs if needed; conduct product/service demonstrations, PoCs, and client workshops; position value, ROI, and differentiation against competitors. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

Build rapport with potential customers, address inquiries, and provide information on products; guide prospects through the products value proposition and ensure understanding of how the offerings can solve challenges; follow up with leads to keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales funnel. Contracting & Documentation:

Ensure all legal, commercial, and service-level documentation is completed (MSA, NDA, SLA); liaise with legal and compliance for client-specific requirements. Relationship Management & Upselling:

Act as the point of contact for client escalations; explore cross-sell and upsell opportunities for new services or tech stacks; conduct periodic review meetings with clients. Reporting & Forecasting:

Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., Apollo.io); track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report sales metrics to leadership; present business plans to the leadership team regularly; stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, pricing models, and tech updates; suggest service enhancements or new offerings based on client and market insights. Skills & Qualifications

IT Services & Solutions knowledge (Cybersecurity, AI, Managed IT Services, etc.) Experience with Legal Tech or Pharmatech is an advantage Experience managing Staff Augmentation is preferable CRM and pipeline management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly over the phone or in virtual meetings Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to handle rejection Ability to work independently and as part of a team Overseas Transition (as per Biz. needs) Educational sponsorship Lucrative Performance Incentives Medical Benefits for self and family Seniority level
