What Youll Own

Book-Of-Business Growth & Management:

Leverage your existing relationships with mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients to drive six- and seven-figure service engagements. Identify new opportunities in key verticals (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare IT, Cloud/DevOps, Data Science) and introduce Pumexs AI-centric staffing solutions. Executive-Level Engagement:

Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with C-level executives, VPs of Technology, and HR leaders. Lead negotiations for Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring Pumex becomes their preferred service partner. Data-Driven Sales Strategy:

Partner with our AI and research teams to define territory plans, target accounts, and messaging that resonate with tech-savvy decision-makers. Monitor real-time sales analytics (lead velocity, pipeline health, win rates) and adjust tactics promptly to exceed quarterly revenue targets. Thought Leadership & Branding:

Represent Pumex at industry conferences, webinars, and roundtablessharing insights on how AI-powered workflows are transforming staffing and recruitment. Collaborate with marketing to create bylined articles, LinkedIn posts, and case studies that position Pumex as the go-to expert for enterprise tech hiring. Coach and develop junior sales reps and account managers, teaching them best practices around AI-enhanced sourcing, consultative selling, and strategic relationship building.

Who You Are

Proven Tech Staffing Rainmaker (10+ years):

Youve closed complex staffing deals worth $500K+ in annual revenueideally within the Fortune 1000. You arrive with a deep book of business (or the network to build one immediately)spanning hiring managers, VPs of Engineering, and HR leaders. You understand how best-in-class AI tools can turbocharge recruitment workflows: from candidate sourcing and automated screening to predictive fit scoring. Youve used data-driven insights (CRM dashboards, lead scoring tools, analytics) to refine your sales approach and accelerate cycle times. Exceptional Relationship Builder:

You effortlessly connect with C-suite executives, understanding their underlying pain points around talent risk, time to fill, and quality of hire. You thrive in a consultative, solution-selling environmentshaping offerings, customizing demos, and closing strategic deals. Youre equally comfortable driving your own pipeline and mentoring colleagues. You embrace autonomy: building and managing remote client relationships while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, AI/Tech, and Marketing.

What Were Looking For in Year One

Accelerate Existing Business:

Deepen relationships with at least five current Fortune 1000 customers, expanding service scopes into new business lines (e.g., staff augmentation, project staffing, solutions). Expand Pumex Footprint:

Secure at least three new logos in target verticals (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare IT) via introductions, referrals, or AI-backed lead flow. Compensation & Incentives:
