$25 to $26 per hour We are seeking a Leasing Manager responsible for overseeing apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals. The role includes marketing activities and direct interaction with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

Focus on the needs of others by listening, understanding, and showing empathy and respect. Conduct training, facilitate regular meetings, and coach leasing consultants to obtain optimal performance. Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork. Review lease applications for accuracy and ensure payment is collected before forwarding to the property manager for approval. Conduct outside marketing, employer outreach, and review Internet and marketing ads. May perform marketing functions such as identifying target markets, developing and implementing marketing plans, and coordinating advertisements. Maintain accurate records of traffic activity in the computer system. Assist with translating phone traffic into scheduled appointments for property tours. Provide follow-up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email. Orient prospective and current residents to the property. Process renewal paperwork and deliver to current residents monthly. Create and maintain resident files, including reviewing move-in paperwork with new residents. Ensure all open and close procedures are completed daily and model apartments are in touring condition. Coordinate move-in/out schedules with the maintenance team and inspect apartments prior to move-ins to ensure move-in condition. Assist with processing work orders for residents and ensure timely completion. Monitor competitors and complete weekly market surveys. Assist with planning and implementing resident activities to increase retention. Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience. Assist with planning and implementing resident activities as needed. Promote positive resident relationships and respond to requests promptly and accurately. Assist in managing resident issues, including neighbor disputes. Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness; alert maintenance to needed repairs. Comply with company policies and applicable health, safety rules, and local, state, and federal laws. Other duties as assigned. Education And Experience

High school diploma required. Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience required. Experience with a revenue management system required. Experience with Yardi or another property management system required. Experience with customer reputation management tools required. Skills And Requirements

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management. Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information. Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Ability to explain technical concerns clearly and accurately. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to use general office equipment and a key track system. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required. Must comply with all safety requirements.
