My client is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to arranging pickup/delivery of the sold products while working with other members of the sales team to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers' needs to provide assistance and information on product features
Welcome customers to the showroom and answer their questions
"Go the extra mile' to drive sales
Remain knowledgeable on products offered
Handle customer complaints professionally
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service from the sales team.
Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

Proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Gmail)
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Customer service skills to listen to the needs and concerns of a customer and be able to convey the benefits of our products
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform well under pressure
