You will contribute directly to the patient experience through technical skills and compassionate care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, surgical setting and is passionate about patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care.Job Responsibilities:-Place and finish dental restorations(fillings) after the dentist prepares the tooth.-Take accurate impressions for temporary crowns, bridges, and diagnostic models.-Fabricate and place temporary crowns and bridges.-Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments.-Apply sealants and desensitizing agents as directed.-Assist the dentist during procedures, including restorative, prosthodontic, and endodontic treatments.-Take and process radiographs.-Maintain proper infection control and sterilization standards.-Provide clear post-treatment instructions to patients.-Charts treatment notes accurately and assist with updating patient records.-Monitor inventory and prepare trays for procedures.-Support front office team with patient flow and case coordination when needed.Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -One (1) - two (2) years of dental assisting experience required.-Strong knowledge of restorative procedures and materials.-Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.Preferred Skills & Experience: -EFDA experience.Education: Required Education: -High school diploma or GED.Preferred Education: -N/A Required Certifications & Licensure: -EFDA Certification.-CPR Certification.-X-ray certification.Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -N/AJob Category: Clinical-Minnesota Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 Contract
