of substantive experience representing parties in
Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
and
creditors rights litigation (link removed)> Bankruptcy & Restructuring Expertise: Demonstrated experience with complex corporate restructurings, including both
debtor and creditor
representations in
Chapter 11 and Chapter 9 municipal insolvency cases (link removed)> Litigation Experience: Excel in
drafting ,
discovery ,
motion practice , and
court appearances
for bankruptcy-related disputes.
Additional Transactional Background: Familiarity with
distressed asset acquisitions

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation:
Includes an annual salary range of

$305,000 , commensurate with experience and market conditions.
