Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to support the delivery, quality, and reliability ofResX applications for one of our enterprise clients. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background inbacklog management, ticket triage,QA/testing, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day delivery, track KPIs, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Backlog Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to groom and prioritize the product backlog.
Ensure clarity and alignment on upcoming features and fixes.
Ticket Triage & Assignment
Manage incoming tickets via JIRA, ServiceNow, and email.
Route requests to the appropriate technical or business teams.
Quality Assurance
Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT
Validate issue resolution and support defect tracking.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a liaison between product teams and business SMEs.
Provide regular status updates and maintain effective communication.
Reporting & Metrics
Track and report on KPIs, SLAs, and system performance.
Maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI andClarity (PPM
Ideal Candidate Profile
1+ year of experience in a product, QA, or project support role
Strong knowledge of product backlog management and agile workflows
Proficient with ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow
Experience in test planning and execution (manual or automated)
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools
Familiarity with project portfolio management tools such as Clarity (PPM)
