Contract Administrator (The Woodlands)

ProservCrane Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to manage and oversee all contract-related activities. This role ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws, reviews terms and conditions, and works cross-functionally to support our sales, service, accounting, and operations teams in executing successful projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract review, negotiation, risk assessment, and manufacturing invoicing within industrial or construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, including terms and conditions, purchase orders, and service agreements.
Analyze contractual obligations and risks, ensuring alignment with company standards and industry regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Accounting, Legal) to ensure contract terms meet operational needs and minimize exposure.
Track and manage contract lifecycle, including renewals, expirations, amendments, and compliance documentation.
Prepare, review, and process
manufacturing invoices
in coordination with accounting to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual terms. Support department managers with contract-related questions and client correspondence. Assist with dispute resolution and claims, ensuring proper documentation and escalation when necessary. Qualifications: Bachelors degree Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in industrial services, construction, general contracting, or manufacturing sectors. Experience with
manufacturing invoicing
or related financial processes strongly preferred. Understanding of contract law, indemnification, liability, and insurance requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and negotiation abilities. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
