Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
As a warehouse worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory by picking, issuing, receiving, and transferring products. You will utilize RF scanners and stickers to confirm product locations and quantities, ensuring that customer-specific orders are accurately identified. Your responsibilities include building up to two full pallets per pass through the warehouse, while maintaining established work standards for order picking. You will also safely operate manual and powered equipment, including pallet jacks, to load and unload products efficiently and safely. Inspecting product and packaging for quality prior to shipping, reviewing orders for accuracy, and performing other warehouse duties as assigned are also key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
Pick, issue, receive, and transfer products to maintain accurate inventory.
Use RF scanners and stickers to confirm product locations and quantities.
Apply stickers to cases to identify customer-specific orders.
Build up to two full pallets per pass through the warehouse, repeating the process as needed.
Maintain established work standards for order picking.
Safely operate manual and powered equipment, including pallet jacks.
Load and unload products efficiently and safely.
Inspect product and packaging for quality prior to shipping.
Review orders for accuracy before shipment.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience with pallet jack operation or ability to learn riding an 8’ pallet jack (basic controls: up/down, forward/backward, stop).
Ability to follow a numerically slotted system for product picking.
Proficient in using RF guns to scan locations and confirm quantities.
Skill in applying stickers to cases for customer identification and shipment accuracy.
Physical stamina to handle up to two full pallets per picking cycle.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Physically demanding role requiring the lifting of 50lb cases and picking 3,000-6,000 cases/night of liquor and wine.
Forklift experience is required.
Experience with an 8-foot riding pallet jack is preferred.
Proficiency in using RF scanners.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
