Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee warehousing, document scanning, and quality assurance (QA) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, inventory management, team leadership, and digitization processes. This role requires innovative thinking to enhance operational efficiency, ensure high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement efficient processes for document scanning, indexing, storage, and warehousing operations.
Oversee the receipt, organization, and tracking of physical documents and materials, ensuring seamless integration with digitization processes.
Provide operational leadership to document scanning, QA specialists, and warehouse staff, offering guidance and subject matter expertise.
Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure high standards in document preparation, scanning, indexing, and capture.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, reduce errors, and enhance overall efficiency.
Employ out-of-the-box thinking to stay ahead of changing operational needs and technological advancements.
Demonstrate experience in setting up operations from inception and scaling them effectively.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in document scanning, inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills and ability to perform in a start-up environment.
Proven track record of creating efficiencies and improving processes in a similar operation.
Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and experience in implementing quality control processes.
Proficiency in document scanning software, inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, and warehousing management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Data entry, scanning, clerical, inventory, logistics, administrative support, scanner, sorting, scanning paper.
Experience with general labor, material handling, forklift operation, office support, and customer service.

Work Environment
The work environment includes positions such as lead, machine operator, barcode operator, label printer, runner for general labor, document scanners, QA staff, backroom personnel, and warehouse material handlers. Safety shoes are required, and breakfast, lunch, and drinks are provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
