Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator located in Huntington Beach, CA. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for healthcare construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project plans and specifications, obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and collaborating with project managers and designers to develop comprehensive estimates. The Senior Estimator will also manage the bid preparation process, ensuring all aspects of the projects are accurately accounted for. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control Experience in healthcare construction Strong analytical and mathematical skills Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in project management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field a plus but not necessary
