As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations for Sherwin-Williams products. Your role will include resolving customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining the high quality and aesthetics of our products and store. You will strive to deliver exceptional customer service while helping achieve the store's sales objectives. Customer service representatives frequently interact with customers of all ages, handle cash and payment processes, and access electronic devices and personal information. To protect our business and the safety of our customers and employees, a criminal history review is part of the hiring process. This position requires work within a 20-mile radius of Store #5020, located at: 1261 MANHEIM PIKE LANCASTER, PA 17601. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction. Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present suitable products. Build trustworthy relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and formulas. Retrieve and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products as per customer specifications. Ensure assigned areas are clean and well-presented. Keep updated on product knowledge to discuss options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, with the capacity to handle up to 70 lbs on occasion. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, must have a performance rating of at least meets expectations. If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, must have completed all required HR training courses. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
