Your expertise in our offerings will assist in providing solutions, answering inquiries, and resolving any concerns to guarantee client satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will need to maintain a high standard of store presentation and stay updated on product features. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service while achieving the store's sales objectives.
This position involves direct contact with customers and the handling of cash and personal information, making a background review necessary to protect our operations and community.

Responsibilities Include: Providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assisting customers both in-store and over the phone by understanding their needs. Building productive relationships with customers. Accurately processing sales transactions. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining organized work orders and product formulas. Retrieving products efficiently from stock. Mixing and tinting products to fulfill customer specifications. Stocking shelves and creating visually appealing displays. Loading and unloading delivery trucks. Keeping the store clean and equipment maintained. Remaining knowledgeable about product offerings and options. Complying with inventory control procedures. Proposing improvements to sales strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be legally authorized to work without the need for sponsorship. Must possess a valid driver's license. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends. If a current employee, must meet performance standards. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in customer service, delivery, or retail. Experience selling paint and related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
