Overview

Administrative Assistant - Full Time at Arc Broward. $16.00 per hour. M-F 8:30am-4:30pm. Arc Broward is looking for a warm, organized, and energetic Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Children’s Services programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fabulous first impression and warm welcome to visitors, guests, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, children, and families.
• Perform clerical services including data entry; creating and maintaining spreadsheets; typing; filing; photocopying; ordering office supplies; and maintaining office equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of experience required
• Computer skills including typing and data entry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
