Major Duties

  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Disseminating information and responding to inquiries
  • Preparing and editing reports and documents
  • Maintaining software and electronic records systems
  • Providing internal administrative support
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of projects
  • Entering and modifying data in database systems, including the case processing system
  • Performing other duties as needed to support unit and agency operations

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated administrative experience supporting daily office operations, including scheduling, records management, data entry, and internal communications
  • Proficient in operating standard office equipment and business software applications
  • Skilled in building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, leadership, and the public
  • Experienced in interpreting and applying administrative policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
  • Thorough knowledge of general office operations, administrative best practices, and workflow management

Exciting Opportunity Details

  • Rate: $22.00/hr.
  • Length of Engagement: ASAP - Aug. 31st, 2026
  • Days/Hours: Monday - Friday (Standard Business Hours)
  • Location: South Austin, TX 78741
  • Required to pass federal HSPD-12.
