We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our fast-growing Savannah team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, conference rooms, and breakroom to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Oversee inventory and replenishment of office supplies, marketing materials, and breakroom items.
- Provide administrative and clerical support across departments, including preparing spreadsheets, PDFs, and other documents while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Manage office assets, equipment records, company vehicle fleet documentation, and employee uniform distribution.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
- Assist with planning and executing company luncheons, meetings, and special events.
- Support office security by managing access control and monitoring compliance with procedures.
- Perform occasional local errands on behalf of the company.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with spreadsheets, PDFs, and other digital tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and discretion.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must successfully complete a background check.
- Experience in the electrical, utility, or related field, as well as familiarity with HR functions or employee relations, is a plus.
