Job Description Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our fast-growing Savannah team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace while keeping daily operations running smoothly. Requirements:
Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, conference rooms, and breakroom to ensure a welcoming environment. Oversee inventory and replenishment of office supplies, marketing materials, and breakroom items. Provide administrative and clerical support across departments, including preparing spreadsheets, PDFs, and other documents while maintaining strict confidentiality. Manage office assets, equipment records, company vehicle fleet documentation, and employee uniform distribution. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed. Assist with planning and executing company luncheons, meetings, and special events. Support office security by managing access control and monitoring compliance with procedures. Perform occasional local errands on behalf of the company. Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with spreadsheets, PDFs, and other digital tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and follow-through. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and work independently with minimal supervision. Customer service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and discretion. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Must successfully complete a background check. Experience in the electrical, utility, or related field, as well as familiarity with HR functions or employee relations, is a plus.
