We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our fast-growing Savannah team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, conference rooms, and breakroom to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Oversee inventory and replenishment of office supplies, marketing materials, and breakroom items.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support across departments, including preparing spreadsheets, PDFs, and other documents while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Manage office assets, equipment records, company vehicle fleet documentation, and employee uniform distribution.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
  • Assist with planning and executing company luncheons, meetings, and special events.
  • Support office security by managing access control and monitoring compliance with procedures.
  • Perform occasional local errands on behalf of the company.
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with spreadsheets, PDFs, and other digital tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Customer service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and discretion.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
  • Experience in the electrical, utility, or related field, as well as familiarity with HR functions or employee relations, is a plus.
