Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Guard position. Under minimal direct supervision, this role ensures the security and safety of the community by patrolling the buildings and grounds and monitoring the gatehouse. Provides support during the evening and night hours for residents and employees.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal direct supervision, patrol the buildings and grounds and monitor the gatehouse to ensure security and safety for residents and staff. Provide support during evening and night hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior security and/or emergency response experience is preferred
• CPR, AED & first aid certification is required (certification can be completed prior to employment or within the 3-month introductory period)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must work weekends

Pay

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.91 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
