JOIN OUR TEAM The Senior Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving the execution of Cuvée’s integrated marketing campaigns across our global destinations. Guided by the Vice President of Marketing, this position turns high-level brand and business strategy into compelling, channel-specific executions—ensuring each campaign reflects the elevated voice, aesthetic, and goals of the Cuvée brand. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment. You’ll manage campaign rollout, content workflows, marketing asset libraries, and in-destination marketing touchpoints—serving as the tactical driver of Cuvée’s performance marketing engine. Salary + Bonus: $85,000–$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Critical focus areas, under the strategic direction of the VP of Marketing: Execute a 90-day rolling marketing calendar across email, paid media, social, partnerships, and direct sales support—based on the strategic roadmap set by the VP of Marketing. Translate strategic directives into channel-specific campaign plans, timelines, and asset needs. Coordinate with destination and sales teams to align timing and messaging with market demand and seasonal revenue goals. Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, timely, and aligned with Cuvée’s luxury standards. Creative Production & Asset Management Manage the development of campaign assets, including writing briefs, sourcing imagery, reviewing creative, and coordinating approvals. Maintain an organized, current library of marketing assets—ensuring internal teams can easily access the most up-to-date content. Work closely with design partners and creative contractors to translate brand strategy into elevated content. Support the evolution of destination-specific marketing tools, including in-villa materials, branded items, and local activations. Brand Support in Market & On-Property Assist with local marketing efforts such as branded signage and community-based promotions that elevate brand presence in key destinations. Support creation of guest-facing materials in Cuvée villas to enhance brand exposure and inspire rebooking or referral. Partner with the destination teams to promote curated experiences and capture local storytelling moments. Performance Reporting & Internal Collaboration Track campaign performance metrics and share insights regularly with the VP of Marketing and broader team. Collaborate with marketing leadership to optimize campaigns based on performance trends and business needs. Manage timelines, project plans, and content workflows to ensure cross-functional teams stay aligned. Support management of contractors, vendors, and budget-related reporting under the VP’s direction. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in luxury travel, hospitality Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns with excellence and speed Highly organized with project management expertise and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to uphold a luxury voice and aesthetic Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and asset management systems preferred Flexible, positive, and team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership Willingness to travel or work nights/weekends as needed to support destination activations Careers | Director of Guest Experiences, Vail Valley #J-18808-Ljbffr
