Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid electrician license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Proven experience in electrical wiring, commercial wiring, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Associate degree or technical certification in electrical technology or related field.
- Experience working in a consumer support services or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with advanced electrical balancing techniques and modern electrical testing equipment.
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent hands-on training.
- Strong understanding of safety standards such as NFPA 70 (NEC) and OSHA regulations.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, switchgear, and power distribution systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Balance electrical loads to optimize system performance and prevent overloads or failures.
- Pull wire and set up electrical systems according to blueprints, schematics, and safety codes.
