Overview

This role supports a wide range of HR functions including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations, while helping streamline HR processes and improve employee experiences across the organization. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, including all aspects of new hire documentation, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, job postings, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks.
• Administer employee benefits programs and support open enrollment activities.
• Review timecards, payroll data, and ensure accurate weekly and monthly reporting.
• Prepares weekly payroll, properly tracking PTO and deduction updates.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including I-9 documentation.
• Support performance reviews, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Perform regular HRIS data audits and support HR process improvements.
• Maintain organizational charts and HR records in both digital and physical formats.
• Provide general HR support and assist with special projects as needed.
• Performs other HR duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, or benefits coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail.
