CareerSource Capital Region is hiring: Dental Assistant in Tallahassee

This is a Paid Internship position available through CareerSource Capital Region. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined.

About this position

Job duties:

1. Schedule appointments
2. Prepare bills and receive payments for dental services
3. Complete insurance forms and maintain records, manually or using computer
4. Record treatment information in patient records
5. Prepare patients, sterilize or disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, prepare materials, or assist the dentist during dental procedures
6. Instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control programs
