The team is hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical assistance, resolve hardware and software issues, and support end users across a variety of IT environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–2 IT support to multiple clients across various industries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Windows OS, PC hardware, and user devices
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and network equipment
  • Support and manage Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Azure AD environments
  • Deliver AV support for client meeting rooms, video conferencing setups, and presentation systems
  • Provide remote and on-site desktop, laptop, and printer support
  • Configure and support network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex problems or assist in project work
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client systems and support activities
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and high levels of client satisfaction

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of IT support experience (ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment)
  • Proficient in supporting Microsoft 365/Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Hands-on experience with PC hardware, printers, and peripherals
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+, and basic server administration
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic PowerShell scripting
  • Familiar with networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
  • Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) systems – Zoom, Teams Rooms, projectors, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple clients
  • MSP background or experience with RMM/PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, Atera)
  • Experience with Azure, Intune, or MDM solutions
  • CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certifications

Salary

  • $60,000 - $75,000
