The team is hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical assistance, resolve hardware and software issues, and support end users across a variety of IT environments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 IT support to multiple clients across various industries
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Windows OS, PC hardware, and user devices
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, and network equipment
- Support and manage Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Azure AD environments
- Deliver AV support for client meeting rooms, video conferencing setups, and presentation systems
- Provide remote and on-site desktop, laptop, and printer support
- Configure and support network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex problems or assist in project work
- Maintain accurate documentation of client systems and support activities
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and high levels of client satisfaction
Key Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of IT support experience (ideally in an MSP or multi-client environment)
- Proficient in supporting Microsoft 365/Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
- Hands-on experience with PC hardware, printers, and peripherals
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+, and basic server administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic PowerShell scripting
- Familiar with networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) systems – Zoom, Teams Rooms, projectors, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple clients
- MSP background or experience with RMM/PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, Atera)
- Experience with Azure, Intune, or MDM solutions
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certifications
Salary
- $60,000 - $75,000
