Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | On-call every 4th weekend
What You’ll Do:
• Lead our infection prevention program following CDC guidelines
• Monitor trends, track data, and report to health agencies
• Educate staff, residents, and families
• Develop and update policies to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with care teams to keep everyone safe
What You’ll Need:
• Active RN license in Ohio
• CDC Infection Preventionist Certification (required)
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare infection control is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
