Practice Setting
- Level 1 trauma center with a high-acuity patient mix
- No APP coverage on weekends; PA support during weekdays
- Urohospitalist model: consults, rounding, procedures only
- 95% adult / 5% pediatric patients
Schedule
- Week-long blocks with 24-hour call
- Must arrive 1 weekday early for orientation
- Several Q3-Q4 blocks still open for 2025
Cases and Procedures
- Bread-and-butter: cystoscopies, stones, stents, torsions
- Trauma: bladder repairs, GSWs, adrenal, nephrectomies
- Must be comfortable with open trauma procedures
Requirements
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active South Carolina license with CSR and DEA
