Clinical Director

to lead our clinical team and ensure excellence in patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Role Overview The Clinical Director oversees all clinical operations of the surgery center, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective management of nursing services. This role collaborates closely with physicians, staff, and leadership to maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body standards while fostering a culture of teamwork and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to all clinical staff, including RNs, surgical technologists, and support staff. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies, procedures, and standards of care. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements (CMS, AAAHC, OSHA, etc.). Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and patient flow. Collaborate with physicians and administrative leadership to support clinical operations and center growth. Manage infection control, quality assurance, and risk management programs. Support professional development and ongoing training for clinical staff. Participate in budget planning and cost management while maintaining quality care standards. Required Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to foster a positive, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with physicians, staff, and patients. Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards for ambulatory surgery centers. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Experience: Current RN license in the state of Texas required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum

3-5 years of clinical management experience

in an ASC or hospital operating room setting. Experience in quality assurance, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
