It Support Specialist
Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist in IL to join their team! Key skills and experience in fast-paced environments like helpdesk or desktop support for MAC OS. Hands-on with tools like JAMF, Intune, or similar MDM platforms. Familiar with tools like Zapier or IFTTT to streamline workflows. Experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian tools (like Jira or Confluence), Okta, or OneLogin. Role Overview: Provide day-to-day IT support for employees. Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks. Work closely with teams to keep IT operations running smoothly. Manage and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues when needed. Support various SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and OneLogin. Help improve IT documentation and support processes. Qualifications: 25 years of IT support experience in a fast-moving environment (like a startup or MSP). Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, especially in remote settings. Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and OneLogin, and working across macOS and Windows. Familiar with ticketing systems like Jira. Basic understanding of user roles, access management, and SaaS administration. Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented. A degree in a technical field Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
