Perforce is searching for a Business Systems Analyst, Manager to join our dynamic Business Applications team. As a Manager and Principal Business Systems Analyst, you will lead a talented team of BSAs to understand complex business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions, focusing on Salesforce. We seek an individual passionate about developing and leading high-performing teams, driven for operational excellence, skilled at building relationships, and capable of collaborating with both business and technical teams to implement innovative system and process improvements. As a team leader, you will coach and mentor BSAs, work with other leaders to prioritize projects, establish best practices, and oversee system optimization and enhancement projects. Responsibilities:
Coach, mentor, support, and lead a team of Business Systems Analysts. Act as principal analyst for high-impact cross-functional initiatives. Gather and document business challenges, goals, and requirements from stakeholders. Provide best practices for process and requirement documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Lead cross-functional projects, managing communications, timelines, requirements, and resource coordination. Coordinate with the team on incoming requests to ensure alignment across workstreams. Collaborate with system admins and developers to translate business needs into system solutions. Define testing scenarios, perform QA, and coordinate UAT with stakeholders. Assist power users and business teams with training materials. Lead BSA efforts on acquisition and integration migrations for business applications. Requirements:
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with 5+ years working with Salesforce. Solid knowledge of Salesforce functionality and best practices. Strong background working with sales teams and understanding their processes. Familiarity with common business applications (e.g., data sourcing, billing/invoicing, reporting/analytics, automation tools). Ability to lead, mentor, and coach team members to high performance in a collaborative environment. Experience leading effective and collaborative meetings. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Motivated for growth and continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail and expertise in documenting business processes and technical requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Salesforce Admin or BA certifications are a plus but not required.
