Description We are looking for an experienced and driven Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team in the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions in the cybersecurity domain. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive the design and development of secure, scalable software systems tailored for cybersecurity applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, security, and operations to deliver high-impact solutions. Stay hands-on with code and architecture, especially in system-level programming and performance-critical components. Guide the adoption and integration of Rust where appropriate, even if prior Rust experience is not required. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;Master's degree preferred. 7+ yearsof full-time professional experience in software engineering. 2+ yearsin a technical leadership or management role. Proven experience building and scaling secure, high-performance software systems, ideally in thecybersecurity domainor a closely related field. Comfortable working hands-on withRust, even if prior experience is limited. Preferred Skills: Strong background in system-level programming and distributed systems. Familiarity with secure coding practices and threat modeling. Experience with modern development workflows, CI/CD, and version control (e.g., Git). Excellent communication and leadership skills.
