Description

We're seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. In this contract-to-hire role, you'll provide advanced technical support, manage IT systems, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve escalated technical issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices.
• Install and upgrade systems, software, and hardware.
• Monitor performance and apply updates, patches, and security measures.
• Support cloud-based backup solutions.
• Document IT processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with IT teams for efficient service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and client communication.
  
  

Requirements

Previous experience in an IT Technician.

Windows OS, MS 365.

VMware or Hyper-V.

CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
