Dispensary Associates. What You'll Do As a Dispensary Associate, you'll rotate between: Budtending

helping guests discover the right products, educating them on strains, edibles, concentrates, and more

Reception (Check-In)

welcoming guests, verifying IDs, and setting the tone for a great experience

Inventory Control

assisting with stocking, organizing, and tracking products to keep the dispensary running smoothly

A Day in the Life at Nirvana Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest

Share cannabis knowledge and personalized product recommendations

Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently

Help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are well-stocked

What We're Looking For 21+ years old with valid ID and ability to pass a background check

Compassionate, dependable, and customer-focused

Strong organizational and communication skills

Previous retail or customer service experience (cannabis knowledge or inventory experience a plus!)

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
