We're on the hunt for upbeat, reliable, and cannabis-loving humans to join our crew as Full-Time Dispensary Associates. You won't be stuck doing the same thing every day - you'll rotate between Host, Pick-Up, Floater, and Budtender roles, keeping things fresh, fun, and fast-paced.
What You'll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome)
Welcoming customers like they're old friends (because they probably will be)
Helping people discover their perfect product match
Dropping knowledge on strains, edibles, concentrates, and more
Keeping the shop looking fresh, clean, and stocked
Rolling with changes - because this industry moves fast
Following the rules so we can keep doing what we love
Who We're Looking For 21+ years old with valid ID (sorry, no exceptions)
High school diploma or GED
Retail or customer service skills - cannabis experience is a plus, but not required
Flexible availability, especially during our busiest times - evenings & weekends
Reliable, friendly, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to stand for long periods
A genuine love for cannabis and helping people
The Perks 15.50/hour starting pay - more if you've got the skills
